网易数码讯 8月8日消息，2022上半年，刘畊宏掀起一股直播健身的热潮，简单的动作、恰到好处的音乐，再加上刘畊宏的艺人属性，一时间吸引了不少网民“入坑”。健身的话题在近十年时间被推到了国民基本需求的前三位，而每年8月8日被定为“全民健身日”。
苹果在每年8月8日这一天都会上线全民健身日挑战活动，当天只需成功完成20分钟或更长时间的体能训练，即可获得一枚专属的奖章。
Apple Watch支持多项健身运动项目，包括跑步、骑行、游泳以及最近火热的飞盘运动、徒步，都可以通过Apple Watch记录。
