8月6日，近日，人民银行召开2022年下半年工作会议提出，数字人民币稳步扩大试点测试范围。经报国务院同意，数字人民币试点从原来的「10+1」试点地区拓展到15个省市的23个地区。 伴随数字人民币试点范围和内容的深化拓展，以及其在居民消费、政务服务、企业资金结算等领域发挥的作用越来越大，完善数字人民币相关立法的呼声渐高。人民银行相关负责人表示，将研究出台数字人民币相关法律法规和行业配套政策，持续完善数字人民币技术标准，夯实数字人民币法治基础。
