各位吴彦祖们，苏州太仓房子能入手吗

前置条件，目前上海工作，小孩目前上私立幼儿园 3000 元 /月，因为在上海上学的话是最后梯队无奈打算去苏州看看房子，苏州的落户条件会松点，以后回苏州也能找个不错的工作，小孩的教育资源也不太差太多。机缘巧合下，碰到的苏州太仓的复游城的置业顾问，询问下来要 2.6w/每平方。是在科教新城板块，双学区（实验中学，太高附中）。所以在苏州和太仓心中拿不定主意，各位老哥能给点意见吗，心里的预算在 250 上下。
