新浪科技讯 北京时间8月2日消息，法国App开发者起诉苹果，它们认为苹果App Store收费过高，违反了美国反垄断法。
参与集体诉讼的有Figaro新闻App开发商Société du Figaro，L‘Équipe体育新闻应用开发商L’Équipe 24/24，还有法国内容提供商协会Le Geste。这些App开发商在加州Oakland起诉苹果，它们指控苹果滥用垄断地位掌控iOS平台App分销权，所有设备只能用一个程序店。
正因为垄断，苹果可以连续14年收取30%佣金，针对开发者每年收取99美元年费，苹果还打压创新，让消费者选择减少。
原告说：“苹果这样做没有任何商业必要性，对竞争也没有好处。苹果的做法会破坏创新。”原告要求法院禁止苹果进一步损害竞争，还要求苹果支付三倍赔偿。（星海）
