据知情人士透露，苹果公司将分四部分发行55亿美元债券。此次发行的最长期限债券为40年期，收益率将比美国国债高出118个基点。最初谈判的价格范围为150个基点内，该交易的订单额最高时曾达超230亿美元。发行债券所得资金将用于一般的企业用途，包括股票回购和股息支付。该知情人士表示，高盛集团、摩根大通和美国银行将牵头此次发行计划。
