新浪科技讯 7月30日午间消息，针对自己微软做安全就完全抄袭了360的模式的言论，周鸿祎发微博澄清称，“我不是炮轰微软，本质上是惺惺相惜。”周鸿祎称，360和微软不约而同选择了同样的路线，都是面向未来的公司。
此前，周鸿祎在公开发言中表示，“我已经很少diss同行了，现在已经从红衣大炮换成了红衣大叔，但是今天我还是忍不住要怼一个同行，微软现在做安全就完全抄袭了360的模式，所以他很快就发展成美国最大的安全公司。”
以下为周鸿祎微博全文：
我得澄清一下，我不是炮轰微软，本质上是惺惺相惜。老有人说toC 的公司做不了toB，今天360和微软在安全能力和安全市场上的成功都证明，数字化时代只有C端出身的公司才能做好安全，因为拥有海量的终端用户，因为能把大数据放到云端去做安全分析，因为拥有“看见”的基因和优势。我认为，360和微软不约而同选择了同样的路线，都是面向未来的公司。
