华为“天才少年”计划，是华为创始人任正非发起的用顶级挑战和顶级薪酬去吸引顶尖人才的项目。
“天才少年”的工资是按年度工资制度发放的，共有三档，最高年薪达201万元。
根据官方数据，2020年和2021年，
华为共招聘了2.6万名应届毕业生，其中包括300多名华为定义的“天才少年”。
2020年华为招聘的“天才少年”张霁，日前作为华为内部节目《一口科技咖》的首位嘉宾亮相，这也是他的荧幕首秀。
