全球第四个、亚洲首个专业货运机场——鄂州花湖机场今天正式投运。
上午9时07分， 从深圳宝安国际机场飞来的首架顺丰全货机767降落在机场西跑道上， 迎来该机场第一班进港的货航飞机。
据介绍，鄂州花湖机场白天将主要满足客运需求，夜间将主打货运航空。今年花湖机场将逐步开通鄂州至北京、上海、深圳、厦门、重庆、成都、昆明、青岛、宁波等客运航线，鄂州至深圳、上海、法兰克福、大阪等货运航线。
据悉，从花湖机场出发， 1.5小时飞行圈可覆盖包括长三角城市群、珠三角城市群在内的中国五大国家级城市群。 涵盖全国90%的经济总量，货物有望实现“一日达全国，隔夜达全球”目标。
