深圳电信已经禁止 IPTV 宽带双公网 IP

家中宽带情况，光猫桥接，主路由拨号上网；火棒安装了电信官方 IPTV APP 接入公网，可以同时观看 IPTV 和公网。
今天，突然发现宽带 IP 变成内网 10 段 IP ，找电信师傅修改为公网 IP 。
答复是：
“国家安全局要求机顶盒和宽带只能有一个公网 Ip,机顶盒不能用路由模式看！机顶盒要在 itv 口，ppoe 拨号！”
这不是强制只能用 IPTV 机顶盒看电视么，但实在不想用电信的破盒子，现在火棒一物多用很舒服，想火棒继续看 IPTV ，但宽带又想要公网 IP 。
有什么好办法吗
