京东完成强制性收购中国物流资产

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）7月15日 消息:昨日晚间，京东在港交所发布公告称，附属公司京东智能产业发展集团已完成强制性收购中国物流资产控股有限公司，其股份于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，且中国物流资产余下全部股份已转让予京东产发。

京东称，中国物流资产的股份将自7月15日上午九时正开始从香港联交所退市。

去年9月，中国物流资产发布公告称，京东同意收购9.16亿股股份，购买价为每股4.35港元，总代价为39.9亿港元。

资料显示，截至2020年底，中国物流资产在位于19个省份或直辖市物流枢纽的37个物流园拥有176套营运中之物流设施。
