求助各位带佬，怎么劝家里人卖房

房子情况介绍
1.房子位于中部省会旁边的市里，类似于北京和燕郊的关系，只不过有合并的可能
2.19 年购买，今年 7 月拿到的契税发票(满 2 时间的依据)，目前已经降价 10w 左右
3.我未来大概率(80%)以上不会居住，家人在同一个市里有其他房产
顾虑
1.如果现在卖，税费比较高，但是再放两年，多出的贷款利息也差不多是那个钱
2.个人是觉得应该卖，这几年深刻意识到口罩时期，现金流才是王道，但是家人不同意，觉得赔 20w(房价降幅+贷款利息)很难接受，我应该怎么说服家里人
