when connect phone to dex via cable or wireless to pc
phone stuck on phone block with imei
It only happens with DeX or does your phone not work normally?

Only with dex even now
That's sad to know. Unfortunately, I don't have the device so I can't really offer a fix for your issue. A few people tested DeX and didn't run into this problem either. The only advice I can offer is to wipe your phone again and install from scratch or just switch to another ROM unfortunately.
