7月4日，格力电器发布声明称， 近日接到用户反映有不法分子冒充格力电器售后服务团队，发布虚假售后服务电话，还存在乱收费、服务质量无保证等问题。
格力电器表示，针对此类严重损害广大消费者合法权益的问题，公司高度重视并 积极通过法律途径进行打击 。
此外，格力电器在声明中提醒，为了切实维护广大消费者的合法权益，保证消费者享受到高品质的官方售后服务，请广大消费者认准格力电器官方售后渠道。
