爱立信：预计全球5G移动用户数将在今年突破10亿

6月21日消息，据国外媒体报道，周二，爱立信发布《爱立信移动报告》（Ericsson Mobility Report），称得益于中国和北美市场的用户增长，预计2022年全球5G移动用户数量将超过10亿。
报告指出，由于全球经济疲软以及国际形势的不确定性，将2022年的预测下调了约1亿。数据显示，第一季度，5G用户增加了7000万，达到6.2亿左右，而4G用户增加了7000万，达到49亿左右。其中，2021年，中国新增用户约2.7亿，而北美新增用户为6500万。
报告称，预计4G用户的增长将在今年见顶，然后随着用户转向5G 而下降。5G用户今年达到10亿将比4G提前2年达到目标。到2027年，5G用户预计将达到44亿。
报告执行主编彼得•琼森（Peter Jonsson）在接受采访时表示，电信运营商对5G和手机的降价帮助了5G的普及。“另外，他还表示，印度的5G潜在市场也不容忽视，预计2022年印度的5G用户将达到3000万。
