Any company not complying with these requirements will be forced to suspend BRL transaction support, hindering their future growth in the Brazilian market. 

KuCoin has identified Brazil as one of its key markets for future growth. Since establishing its presence there, the company noted substantial growth. That momentum increased in early 2022, with many crypto-curious individuals signing up for the exchange. KuCoin Remains Committed To Brazil

The policy change enforced by the Central Bank of Brazil does not deter KuCoin from exploring the Brazilian market. Additionally, KuCoin secured a partnership with the local payment gateway Capitual to enable BRL deposits and withdrawals via PIX, the payment system backed by the government.
