Android 9.0 or 10.0 bootloop?

Hello, Im new here

So 2 years ago i ordered from Aliexpress an android head unit. Imo it did not work at the first day, really long time to boot up and even if it booted up, basically i opened settings and wanted to change something it would crash. Basically it boots up forvever and crashes all the time.
