SAP LBN-GTT: How to solve an issue related not generation of GTTMSG idocs for Track Shipment App.
Hi colleagues,
I am writing other article from series “How to Solve”, in order to help some SAP Consultants around the world, like me, implementing SAP LBN-GTT.
After we finished all settings from SAP ERP Sample Code Config. Guide for Fulfillment Tracking Apps we noticed that GTTMSG Idocs was not being generated for Track Shipment App.
Even with all SAP ERP Integration settings working fine between SAP S/4HANA and SAP LBN-GTT for other apps. and settings to integrate SAP TM and SAP EM correctly configured.
Solution:
After we internally consulted with SAP what was the solution:
SAP suggested us to perform ABAP Code Changes in CHECK_FO_ROUTE_CHANGE method:
Results:
After our ABAP Consultant performed the code changes, issue solved.
SAP TM Freight Order was displayed.
SAP TM Freight Unit successfully integrated in SAP LBN-GTT.
