求助， 100M 对称宽带够支持 10 人团队使用么？

我司是做电商直播业务的，目前团队大概 10 人左右，日常工作就是开网页，没有什么大流量的活动（直播业务是独立线路）。
现在碰到的问题是员工经常抱怨网络卡，网页打不开。
目前网络配置如下：
- 电信光纤到户，100M 上下对称宽带。
- 光猫桥接。
- 主路由是华为的 AX6 ，两个从路由是华为的 AX3 ，有线 MESH 组网。
- 面积 300 平方左右，信号覆盖完全没有问题。
求助下，到底是带宽不够的原因？还是路由器的原因？按理说华为的旗舰级路由器不应该这么弱啊，毕竟带机量才只有 30 台。
