遇到不操心的合作伙伴很累怎么办？

不敢说自己有责任心，只能说胆子小，工作上的事情怕出事，所以会考虑很多，做很多。但是遇到了不太上心的伙伴，还很会推活，就很累，也有不平，但是又怕不操心上线会有事故。
我不知道怎么处理这种问题，工作这么多年一般都是默默的做，领导也看不见。 是我自己心眼小了吗？你们有遇到这样的情况吗？怎么处理或者怎么释怀比较好？
