石头科技发布公告，首次回购回购约2.56万股，股东顺为拟减持不超6%股份

速途网5月26日讯（报道：苏廷琬）今日晚间，石头科技晚间发布公告称，股东Shunwei Ventures III (HongKong) Limited（顺为）拟减持公司股份不超过400.84万股，即不超过公司总股本的6%。其中以集中竞价方式减持的数量不超过约134万股，比例不超过公司总股本的2%，减持期间为本公告披露15个交易日后的6个月内；以大宗交易方式减持的数量不超过约267万股，比例不超过公司总股本的4%，减持期间为本公告披露3个交易日后的6个月内。若公司在相关期间内发生送股、资本公积金转增股本等股份变动事项，将对本次减持计划的减持股份数量进行相应调整。
此外，石头科技还宣布，截至5月26日，公司已累计回购2.56万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.0383%，占预计回购股份的比例为25.0%，累计回购金额为1598.45万元，占预计回购金额的比例为19.65%。
