Hi PH!

I made this little app with @klaus_trettensteiner to support our music sessions. Hope it can be useful for someone!

With Songmine you can:

- View a dashboard of chords for a certain key and mode. - Play chords by connecting to any DAW or synthesizer via Midi. - Visualize piano keys, guitar chords and fretboard locations. - Find interesting voicings and chord extensions.

I found Songmine helps us bring more variety into our sessions, since we can easily try new keys or modes we are not yet comfortable with. Also, we play bass and guitar but not the piano, so having the chords play with one click or keystroke makes it very easy to record a basic synth layer without resorting to the piano roll.

There is a simple algorithm which modifies the chords in a way to get smoother chord changes.

To the musicians among you (and those aspiring to make music) - I would be very happy to get some feedback!
