经常的，我们会先有一个想法，或者干脆就是冲动。然后，用理性想出一堆道理，支撑这个想法。
就比如，我们就是想交易、想下单。然后，对着 K 线找一堆理由，让自己相信，自己想下单是有充分理由支撑的，而不是单纯的为了多巴胺。
也许，不能说这是我们的缺陷，而只是事实。我们要做的，就是在尊重这个事实的前提下，想办法把事情做好。
比如，做盘前计划、而不是盘中决定。盘前决定，出现什么情况，做什么应对。如果盘中出现了自己没预料到的机会，无论机会再好，也坚决不做，因为不是盘前决策。同样，如果盘中按计划交易，结果却并不好，也绝不以结果来否定盘前决策逻辑。
