4月18日，针对部分网友反映瑞幸饿了么门店存在bug一事，瑞幸咖啡发布道歉信：由于饿了么后台价格配置问题，导致瑞幸椰云套餐价格短时内出现错误，门店受到大量异常订单挤压。现已紧急取消了饿了么平台异常订单，饿了么门店暂时闭店。瑞幸将考虑做用户补偿并另行通知。随后，瑞幸咖啡再次发布微博称 ：经核查，瑞幸BUG是运营人员配置失误导致，我们已经在处理后续问题。
