4月14日消息，13日，冯仑谈到老板更喜欢招聘哪类人时表示，现在很多刚毕业的学生喜欢做up主，对于企业管理者来说，年轻人做up主在找工作时是一个加分项，这至少说明他有策划能力、沟通和互动的能力甚至商业运营的能力，这也是一种“外挂”能力，作为管理者我会多看一眼。（新京报）
