获Pine Labs投资后，Mosambee估值将突破1亿美元

动点出海获悉，印度数字支付平台 Pine Labs 近日宣布，向商户支付解决方案平台 Mosambee 提供了一大笔资金。这笔资金到位后，Mosambee 的估值将有望突破 1 亿美元。
Mosambee 旨在通过为用户提供创新性的解决方案对印度国内目前的商业生态环境进行改革。目前，Mosambee 主要为印度及东南亚国家的用户提供具体的问题解决方案，帮助他们实现付款与收款操作的数字化。平台方面表示，有了 Pine Lab 资金及影响力的加持，Mosambee 将为客户提供具有更高盈利性以及突破性的解决方案。
2020 年，Mosambee 获得了印度首个 “轻触支付”（tap and pay payment）认证。2022 年 2 月，Mosambee 收购了数字支付与 EMI 技术平台 Benow。
而 Pine Labs 成立于 1998 年，是一家零售 POS 方案解决商，现阶段主要发展包括电子钱包在内的数字支付业务。数据显示，到 2022 年 3 月，Pine Labs 已为印度和东南亚地区的 25 万商家提供过服务。
Pine Labs 基于云计算的软件平台可以同时满足多个支付受理终端的需求，并为用户提供有关库存管理和客户关系管理等企业自动化运营方面的商业解决方案。
除此之外，Pine Labs 也在东南亚市场拓展其 “先买后付” 业务。最近，它宣布与万事达卡以及星展银行合作推出了 “Mastercard Installments with Pine Labs” 项目，为新加坡、印尼以及中国香港的 200 万星展银行持卡人提供分期付款服务。
2021 年 4 月，Pine Labs 收购了马来西亚智能支付平台 Fave，以进入电商和支付领域。Pine Labs 的主要投资方包括红杉印度、英联投资、淡马锡、PayPal 和万事达卡。
