4月12日消息，日前，交通运输部等五部门联合发布《关于加快推进冷链物流运输高质量发展的实施意见》，意见提出，要完善产销冷链运输设施网络。鼓励生鲜电商、寄递物流企业加大城市冷链前置仓等“最后一公里”设施建设力度，在社区、商业楼宇等设置智能冷链自提柜等，提升便民服务水平。
