4月11日，针对卡士酸奶因酵母超标被通报一事，深圳卡士乳业表示，相关批次的产品留样，经苏州市产品质量监督检验院、苏州海关综合技术中心等机构检测均符合国家标准。酵母超标应为产品出厂后储存温度不达标所致。在事件发生后第一时间，卡士乳业对冷运环节与销售场所进行全面排查，未来将持续对各个环节可能存在的安全隐患做严格管控。
