Maggie Dieringer
Design Operations Lead at Uber Eats
Maggie Dieringer is a detail-forward, creative thinker with a passion for connecting people and processes. She is the Design Operations Lead at Uber Eats, supporting large programs across a variety of verticals, and has a scalable, systems-based approach to operational challenges. Maggie helped grow the Design Program Management function at Uber from the ground up. Outside of work you can find her spreadsheeting her next adventure, and tending to her surplus of apartment plants.
There are many factors within an organization that influence how Design Operations functions. From team size, to Design leadership partnership, to maturity of the team, and everything in between. Having helped build a function from the ground up and seen it grow and fluctuate over the last four years, I’ll walk you through my learnings from working on the ground to zooming out and becoming increasingly strategic.
You'll learn:
- What are DPM trajectory opportunities
- Tactical ways to increase DPM influence on a team
- How leadership partnership can impact and support your Design Ops team
