在学 UE4 开发游戏玩，之前做自定义光标贴图的时候发现鼠标会停留在左上角，以为是 UE4 的 Bug

今天又遇到了，确实能获取到鼠标的位置，鼠标一直停留在左上角，与触摸的事件不相互影响

之前确实看过有人用 usb 和蓝牙鼠标玩游戏的，只是没想到没链接设备的时候也能获取到
