电脑连接路由器后测试网速和申请的宽带一致，但打开网页的速度较慢，请参考以下步骤排查：
1、更改DNS服务器
电脑上获取的DNS服务器不稳定可能会导致打开网页较慢，可以在电脑的本地连接或无线连接手动设置DNS为：114.114.114.114，119.29.29.29，然后再重新尝试打开网页。

2、更换其它浏览器
浏览器存在故障或设置问题可能会导致打开网页较慢，请更换其它的浏览器重新尝试打开网页。例如更换谷歌、火狐等浏览器。
3、网站服务器问题
网站服务器比较繁忙或受到攻击，或者打开国外的网站，可能会出现打开网页缓慢的情况。请等待一段时间后再尝试打开网页。
