新一轮成品油零售价调整窗口将于3月31日24时开启，油价预测跌幅从接近300元每吨高位迅速下降，预计油价下跌79元/吨，折合每升下调约0.06元，如无意外的话这会是2022年的第一次降价。
数据显示，美国上周原油库存料增加10万桶，汽油库存料减少约200万桶，馏分油库存料减少约140万桶。业内人士表示：“欧盟各国对于禁止进口俄罗斯石油的分歧明显，乌克兰将承诺不加入北约，国际原油期货收跌，油价本周关键看北约峰会。”
截至当天收盘，纽约商业交易所4月交货的轻质原油期货价格下跌0.36美元，收于每桶111.76美元，跌幅0.32%。5月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格下跌0.14美元，收于每桶115.48美元，跌幅为0.12%。
