企查查App显示，近日PPTV主体上海聚力传媒技术有限公司成为被执行人，执行标的5330000元。具体事由为在其运营的PPTV上向社会公众提供《苏东坡》剧集的播放服务，构成侵权。企查查显示，上海聚力传媒技术有限公司成立于2005年，注册资本约3083万元人民币，由苏宁和东方明珠共同持股。
