3月21日，阿斯麦ASML CEO温宁克表示，「未来两年芯片设备将出现短缺，今年我们将比去年出货更多的光刻机，明年将比今年多。但如果从需求端看，这还不够，我们需要将产能大幅提高50%以上，但这需要时间。」温宁克表示，阿斯麦正在与供应商一起评估如何增加产能。他表示，目前还不清楚所需的投资规模。阿斯麦拥有700家产品相关供应商，其中200家是关键供应商。（金十）
