工农中建交等国有商业银行在襄阳、十堰两地的首、二套房贷款利率比2月下调了40-45个BP，股份制银行和地方法人银行也相应跟进下调了房贷利率水平。据十堰住建部门人员反映，3月第二周，当地房地产市场销售面积继续回落，土地溢价率仍处于近年同期低位，楼市小阳春似乎还迟迟没有到来。银行此时下调房贷利率不仅是对购房者更加友好，更是有利于房地产市场的健康发展和良性循环。
