《科创板日报》13日讯，海纳金融集团（Susquehanna）旗下调研机构的最新研报显示，2月份全球芯片交付时间（指从下单到交货的前置时间）环比增加了3天，达到26.2周，买家平均要等半年以上，创该机构2017年开始跟踪数据以来的最长纪录。另外，芯片短缺呈现出明显的结构化特征。MCU最为短缺，2月份，其交期高达35.7周（超8个月）；电源管理IC的短缺程度次于MCU，该月其交期拉长了1.5周。webview?url=https://www.cls.cn/detail/956965Recommend
