俄罗斯国家杜马工作组：应该设置控制加密货币交易的机制
据Cointelegraph 3月10日消息，在俄罗斯中央银行（CBR）和国家财政部就加密货币的未来进行的讨论中，国家杜马（议会下院）工作组表示支持监管而不是禁止数字资产。该工作组呼吁“对数字资产行业进行明确监管”，作为降低该国采用加密货币相关风险的最有效方法。
