钛媒体App 2月27日消息，路透引述知情人士报道称，英特尔已选定德国马格德堡作为其数十亿欧元投资欧洲新晶圆厂所在地，并将于3月4日公布这一决定。 英特尔在去年9月表示，未来十年可能在欧洲投资多达950亿美元，并于2021年底前宣布两家新的欧洲主要芯片制造厂的选址。德国在候选地点中排名靠前，包括巴伐利亚州的彭津、德国东部的马格德堡和德累斯顿等地方政府都向英特尔投去橄榄枝。
