2月23日晚，大众汽车集团声明，大众汽车和保时捷控股董事会已经达成了一项框架协议，明确保时捷将会独立上市。上市后，保时捷估值或达600亿~850亿欧元。业内分析认为，这或与大众集团以及自身的电动化战略相关。车企转型需要巨额资金，分拆独立上市，是获得更多资金的高效方式。
