2月23日晚间，獐子岛披露公告显示，公司控股股东长海县獐子岛投资发展中心所持1.0996亿股股份将于公开拍卖，起拍价为3.43亿元，如本次拍卖交易成交，将会导致公司控股股东和实际控制人发生变化。
