芯片行业开始停止向俄罗斯出口产品

在俄罗斯对乌克兰发动攻击之后，美国立即对其实施了严厉制裁，切断俄罗斯的高科技产品进口。为遵守美国的出口监管政策，主要芯片和 IT 公司停止了对俄业务。英特尔、戴尔和联想公司都暂停向俄罗斯交付产品。台积电暂停为俄罗斯公司代工芯片和已知向俄罗斯出口产品的第三方的所有销售业务。它在一份声明中表示完全遵守新的出口控制规定。另一家美国芯片代工公司 GlobalFoundries 也表示开始遵守新规定。台积电停止代工的产品包括俄罗斯公司设计的 Elbrus 芯片。不过俄罗斯消费的芯片并不多，只占到全球芯片采购量的不到 0.1%。
