Network-Opt 是一个支持网络拓扑优化的 C++ 库。利用复杂的组合搜索技术，该算法可以有效地从所谓的串联—平行（series-parallel）网络系列中构建实例，这些网络通常出现在电气和电信应用中。

该工具的示例用法：

g++ -Wall src/network_opt.cpp src/network_opt_local.cpp src/network_opt_main.cpp -o network_opt -O3
