美国家装公司 Alure 被私募基金收购，并入家装服务平台 Renovo Home Partners
美国家装公司 Alure 于日前已被私募股权基金 Audax Private Equity（以下简称“Audax”）收购，交易的具体财务细节并未公开。美国并购咨询公司Protegrity Advisors担任此次收购的独家顾问。
收购完成之后，Alure 将会成为Audax 成立的 Renovo Home Partners 旗下的一员。Renovo Home Partners是今年1月由Audax创立的一家位于德克萨斯州达拉斯的 DTC（直面消费者）家装服务平台，专注于卫浴、门窗、壁板以及其他业务。Renovo Home Partners旗下还包括了 Audax 此前收购的另外两家家装公司 Dreamstyle 和 Remodel USA。
