意大利波普设计品牌 Gufram 的母公司 Italian Radical Design 集团宣布，从Alberto Bianchi Albricci手中收购意大利设计品牌 Memphis Milano。
Memphis Milano 诞生于1980年代，源于由 Ettore Sottsass及其领导的一批国际建筑师、设计师和创意人员共同掀起了一股设计风潮。1996年，Alberto Bianchi Albricci 从 Artemide 品牌持有人 Ernesto Gismondi手中将其收购。
