2021年法国香槟销量创历史新高，对美国市场出口较疫情前上升31%
本周一，香槟生产商表示，去年香槟销量创下了历史新高，轻松打破了疫情前2019年的销售纪录。据悉，销量新高的原因是与疫情相关的限制放松，从而推动出口激增，尤其是对美国的出口。
2021年全年，香槟销售额达到57亿美元，比疫情前的最高水平高出14%。此前，在疫情最严重的时候，酒吧和餐馆关闭，重大庆祝活动暂停，导致香槟行业的销售额急剧下降。
根据香槟之家联盟（UMC，Union des Maisons de Champagne）数据，2021年出口香槟数量达到1.8亿瓶（0.75升装），较2020年增长37%，较2019年增长15%；法国本土香槟销量同比增长25%，与疫情前2019年的1.4亿瓶销量相当。
