苹果与爱立信专利纠纷将于2023年6月开庭
财经网科技2月17日讯，据新浪科技消息，除非达成和解协议，否则苹果与爱立信的5G专利大战要到2023年6月才会在美国审理。
法院除了通知在2023年6月开始审理外，还下令双方律师于3月16日参加调度会议。根据主审法官之前的做法，这表明他要么不会听取任何一方的驳回动议，要么不会给予驳回请求太大的信任。
苹果和爱立信曾在2015年达成重要的和解，目前还不清楚双方是否在进行和解谈判，也不清楚相关国际诉讼的具体时间安排。
苹果和爱立信多年来一直存在专利纠纷。早在2015年，他们就相互起诉对方侵权，爱立信最终甚至寻求在美国禁售iPhone。
