苹果股东团体建议否决CEO库克9900万美元薪酬方案
财经网科技2月17日讯，据新浪科技消息，美国最大股东代理咨询公司Institutional Shareholder Services（ISS）呼吁苹果股东投票反对苹果CEO库克薪酬9900万美元的薪酬方案。
当地时间2月16日，ISS在一封信中称：“2021财年，CEO库克获得的股权奖励的设计和规模令人非常担忧……该奖励有一半缺乏业绩标准。”
去年，库克获得的股票价值8200万美元，另外还有300万美元工资、1200万美元奖金。薪酬方案还包括63万美元的个人保安费用和71万美元的私人飞机补贴。2021年是库克任职苹果CEO的第十个年头，也是库克晋升为CEO以来首次获得股权奖励。
