Assuming two people who live next to each other have a garden outside of their houses. They both treat their plants with love and water them to keep them nice and green. Let’s assume that the first person provides only an adequate amount of water to the plants and does not add anything else to the soil. Now, let’s focus on the second person and assume that this guy gives more water that will help them grow bigger and greener.

The result will be that the plants of the first category will be healthy but not as grown and impressive as the plants of the second category which is pretty much obvious. However, what will happen if a strong wind comes and threatens to destroy the plants? Believe it or not, the plants of group B are in more danger and even their roots can be damaged if the wind is too strong.

How is this possible considering that these plants are bigger in the first place? You see, if you add too much water to the soil that hosts the roots of the plant, the plant will have all it needs to be ok. All of the water it needs is given to it by an external source. On the other hand, if you are less generous with the quantity of water you provide the plant will have to search for the water it needs. This means that its roots will dig a little deeper to find all the necessary ingredients that are essential for its survival. The outer part of the plant will not be so impressive but the basis will be very strong.

In both cases it is important to water the plants because if you do not take care of them at all they will all ”die.” There are pluses in both situations that we described earlier. In the first case, you get big impressive plants that cut your breath away while they are more ”superficial.” In the second case we talk about the ”silent force.” These situations were something that can prove strong while you did not expect this to happen.

The same rules apply to people and especially to children. If you provide a young person everything they need how do expect them to go out and search for new resources? It is the need that makes a person be alert and ready to fight. When everything is given without having to fight for it people take things for granted; they thrive but they are completely unprepared for challenges. If a difficult situation comes along the way, it is those who had to fight that will manage to get through it. Fighters are not quitters. They have been trained to try until they find a solution to their problem.

There is a saying that is supposed to inspire people of all ages and can be perfectly used for people who deal with anxiety in their working environment; ”Everything will be ok at the end. If it is not ok, it is not the end.” In other words, there is a happy end in everything. Apart from the fact that this saying brightens our day it also gives another two implications. The first one is that someone has to be patient enough to wait until things get better. Once things get fixed all you have to do is focus on them. To put it simply one has to turn their attention to the right spot to begin enjoying their lives.

The second part has to do with the parameter of the effort. Let’s take it for granted that the end will be bright. This does not mean that this will happen without us having to fight for it. No one suggests waiting passively. The idea is only focused on the fact that together with our energetic contribution luck will be on our side and will compensate us for all of our big efforts. To survive in a world where everything is easy we have to train ourselves and our beloved ones or even our employees so that they can all make it even if things are not always perfect.
