苹果因iPadMini 6大面积“果冻屏”遭集体诉讼
财经网科技2月11日讯，据新浪科技消息，，去年iPad Mini 6出现大面积“果冻屏”问题，苹果辩称是LCD正常现象。之后，科罗拉多用户发起集体诉讼，指控苹果明知产品缺陷依然销售，违反市场竞争法、虚假宣传和欺诈。
果冻屏是指屏幕左右两侧在滚动操作下刷新不一致。虽然都是LCD屏幕，iPad Air并没有这么严重的缺陷。iPad Mini 6的果冻问题更可能是内部设计缺陷。
美国科罗拉多公民克里斯托弗·布莱恩（Christopher Bryan）向苹果发起集体诉讼，他认为苹果在营销时存在欺诈行为，苹果明知六代iPad mini存在“果冻滚动”（jelly scrolling）问题还是坚持销售。
去年9月六代iPad mini上市，没几天就有用户发现设备存在缺陷。当设备处于竖屏状态时，文字显示存在轻微的不平衡。具体来讲就是滚动时左侧文字的滚动速度比右侧文字慢一些。
