中芯国际第四季度营收15.8亿美元
财经网科技2月10日讯，中芯国际今日发布2021年第四季度财报。财报显示，该公司第四季度净利润5.338亿美元，预估3.533亿美元，同比增172.7%；中芯国际第四季度营收15.8亿美元，预估15.9亿美元。
中芯国际称，第四季度交付1,723,360片8寸等值晶圆，同比增长21.7%；第四季度产能利用率为99.4%，去年同期为95.5%。此外，该公司2021年第四季的研究及开发开支从2021年第三季的1.674亿美元增加至1.721亿美元。
中芯国际预计，2022年第一季度收入环比增长15%-17%，毛利率介于36%-38%的范围内。
