财经网科技2月11日讯，近日，新能源汽车电气系统供应商苏州智绿环保科技有限公司完成1亿元C轮融资，由小米领投，涌铧投资、元禾控股、领军创投等跟投。
天眼查App显示，苏州智绿环保科技有限公司成立于2010年11月，注册资本690.37万人民币，法定代表人为尹家彤，经营范围包括车用大功率电子器件、电气设备、充电设备、机电设备、汽车零部件等的设计研发、生产及销售；汽车软件开发、技术服务等。股东信息显示，尹家彤为公司大股东及疑似实际控制人，持股约53%。目前，该公司在江苏、广西两地成立有3家全资子公司。
